Arcano Zero's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the last 12 months, or EUR 100, whichever is less.

6. Medical and Technical Disclaimer

6.1 OralAI - Medical Disclaimer

OralAI is classified as a DSS (Diagnostic Support System) — a diagnostic decision-support tool — and NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. Results and analyses provided by OralAI:

  • Do not constitute a medical diagnosis
  • Must always be validated by qualified healthcare professionals
  • Do not replace the advice of a physician or dentist

You are responsible for medical verification of any information derived from OralAI before making health decisions.

6.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, our AI products operate based on probabilistic models. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You accept the limitations of AI and act accordingly.

7. Service Interruption and Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Interrupt or suspend services at any time and for any reason
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Disable user access in case of violation
  • Perform technical maintenance with or without notice

8. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:
